    I hear you! We have been told to send all the reciepts into them as ivf is on a restricted list so must be processed by the team in Canberra!

    I'm with Mivf and they do it for you instantly, it also helps if you have registered online with Medicare bank accounts etc

    i find it so frustrating that thy want you to fill out a form for every receipt and they couldnt tell me what i can get back or when i will get money back.

    Same here! We had to wait 8 weeks from when we lodged our forms as their head office lost our receipts twice!!!!! Thank god we had two months off after our fresh cycle before our FET so we weren't left too short
