I've ordered a few things on separate occasions and my order has been hassle free and turned up within a week or so.

They're a pretty schmick operation. Very customer focused. I'd happily order from them.

I've bought from them a few times. It's always turned up within a few days of ordering.

I've bought from them a couple of times too. They sent the wrong item once and got back to my email very quickly. I just printed out a postage paid label they emailed me and posted the item back. I got the correct item the following week.

My mother buys from Deals Direct alot. She recommended that I buy stuff off their to. So they have to be good for her to make a recommendation on them. I've concidered buying baby stuff and beds and all sorts off there.

I've ordered a fair few items from them over the years. I've never had any major issues.
The last order i made they were out of stock when it came to an item i ordered. Instead of refunding the $7 or whatever it was they sent me a quickflix 6 week trial card. I would have much prefered a refund as you can get quixflix deals all the time. I couldn't be bothered complaining though.
