    Default Spirited and autistic children, which milk?

    Just wondering what milk those children who are spirited/autistic drink. I remember it mentioned in another thread and I'm just curious, what brand/type do you offer?

    Pure Harvest rice milk. Otherwise nut milks. We don't much like the taste of soy, and are gluten free and caseine free.

    There is one called 5 milk that is suppose to be good. We did rice milk for awhile ESP when we were low in money it's easy to make your own.

    My niece ( Aspergers ) has A2 milk or goats milk ( un pasteurized is preferred) as recommended by her naturopath as the protein in regular cows milk has negative effects on the immune system

    We are dairy free.. We prefer "So Nice" by sanitariam :-)
