I use the garnier one too. I use a translucent powder (clinique) for going out as I think it gives a really even & polished finish

I tend to wear a moisturiser with SPF30+ (I wear the QV or Invisible Zinc) and then just cover any spots I don't like with a bit of foundation.

I got the smashbox BB cream. AH-MAZING!

I got the garnier one and it's so dark on me I'm about to sign myself up for snog marry avoid. It's only SPF 15 and makes my skin so oily but the smashbox one is SPF 35 and it sinks in and looks amazing.

Loreal has a new one as well. I haven't used it so can't comment.

Oh also I set with powder too. I used Natio loose powder but any would do.

I use a translucent powder I really like the rimmel stay matte one - cheap and works really well.

I love using Invisible Zinc. It's tinted and gives me enough coverage while having great SPF protection

Could you have got the wrong colour? The garnier comes in a few different shades... normally with foundation I'll be the 2nd palest colour, and the Garnier one isn't too dark for me.

Does anyone know of a good tinted moisturiser that would be for oily skin?

    TIA
I also have somewhat oily skin and I read that regular moisturising will help oily skin because it stops the skin from over compensating and making oil itself (or whatever it does to get oily!!) So I moisturise day and night but as a PP mentioned, its part of three steps - cleansing and using toner as well.

I LOVE the In Essence tinted moisturiser. The colour is good for fair skin, it smells absolutely divine and I dont find it too heavy.

Lol no I'm always the most pale colour in foundation, I have light and its way to dark.

I'm so pale *goes off to cry about it*
