    At the newborn stage I'd just go with the flow and let bub lead you. They are still so little and they grow so fast. I didn't follow any routine for either of my girls at that age, they set their own routine. They sleep when they're tired, feed when they're hungry, it makes life much easier.

    Start a regular bedtime routine eg. Bath at 6pm, followed by massage, milk then put to bed in a dark room. This will help them learn that it's nighttime
