500grams down was expecting a small loss after last weeks 2.4kg so I'm really happy with this week results

loss of 300g, pretty disappointed but I fell off the wagon for a few days and I've been really busy this week and only got to the gym once. So I guess it's a loss. 3kg so far

Last week 72.6, this week 72.7, gained 100gms but not surprising because I have been to 2 birthdays and a baby shower this week and not really watched what I ate. We have all done such good numbers keep it up!

Not really happy, having good days and bad and I guess it's evening out. Ive decided to cut out the glass of wine i have been enjoying every night to see how i go this week! Want to be 73. Something next Sunday!

I have only posted in here once, but can't continue as I'm pregnant
Came off the pill at the end of March and now I'm 6 weeks.

I keep forgetting to post - I'm so hopeless. I've skipped PT today as I need to take a friend to the airport, but I'll make up for it with a big treadmill session.
I last weighed myself on Thursday at 77.5, so a small loss. Nothing to write home about.

Last week I weighed 79.3kg, this week it's 78.5 so 800gram loss pretty happy have had a bad week
Really going to make an effort from now on as I want to be 70kg by the en d of June not sure if it's possible but wanna get as close as I can
