    It's worth joining aba rather than just buy the book.

    The book is $34.95 and membership which includes the book is only $65. For the membership you also get a subscription magazine, 50% discount in hospital grade double breast pumps and access to your local group meet ups where a trained counsellor can give you face to face support.

    They also have a program running for new members at the moment called 'my savings' which gives you up to $1500 savings per year on groceries, petrol, movie tickets and much more. your membership will pay for itself in no time, and as well you will have great support for breastfeeding after baby arrives.

    If you are a member the breastfeeding classes are only $20
