Ust wondering if anyone has used a recovery belt for after the birth to help with the abdominal muscles and support? I want to get one but not sure what sort and I don't want it rolling down at the back.

Subscribing because I would like to know also.
There are two that I'm interested in, one's the Vespa and ladybird, the other is the belly bandit. I've read about them and they both seem good. But would like more info.
I did use a corset after DS but didn't find that it did a whole heap but made me feel a lot more secure and tighter in the abdominal area, probably should have kept wearing it. This time I will be wearing it longer so want to make sure I get a good brand that doesn't make me feel uncomfortable.

I have used both the belly bandit and the Vespa. Personally, I preferred the belly bandit as it seemed to mold better to my shape. They are the more expensive of the two though and I originally bought a Medium size based on the suggested measurement guide. I couldn't do it up until about 1-2 weeks after birth and then needed the smaller size about 2 weeks after that so was an expensive outlay. I liked the supportive feeling I got from the belt - it did feel odd sleeping in them at first.
The Vespa has different options (basic to more plush options) and are better priced. I do have wide hips and a small waist so I think this didn't help with fitting/ molding of the belt.
Both brands were well made and ordering online was easy.
