The spelling from pp is alopecia. Means loss of hair. You may get some tips if you google.

I know in SA familiesSA do financial counselling for free if you have children. They also negotiate with billing companies etc. (I had clients do this in my old job) so I'm sure the equivelant in your state would Also do it. No advice on the hair I'm having the same problem.
