Wow, it's certainly eye-opening to see how many people feel invisible who really aren't.
I wonder if the "I don't want to look like a stalker so I won't act too familiar in my responses" approach has much to do with it? What I mean is, I usually know all about certain posters but assume they have no idea who I am, so if I respond to one of their threads I word my posts carefully so I don't sound overly familiar and freak them out.

I didn't really feel invisible until I read your post and thought about it but I don't have friends on here so banter is awkward coz I'm not funny or full of knowledge and I feel a bit like I am intruding. I come for advise coz I sometimes feel like I have no clue what I am doing but I do sometimes feel like my posts go unnoticed so I guess that does kind of make me feel a bit invisible.
Having said that I haven't made reference to everyone that comments on anything I ask and do often think that I should but I'm also on my phone and not sure how to thank comments on the phone I should figure that out.

Interesting thread! Nice to see I'm not the only one who feels invisible around here sometimes! Although these days I tend to read more than post.
I read through the entire thread and recognise most of the names here! So definitely not invisible!!
