It doesn't make much sense really. The only reason breastmilk is so good is because it uses all your vitamins and nutrients and the only way you get all that is by eating nutritious 'food' It then gives it to your baby who can't get any of these nutrients by food unlike adults.
So it's like feeding your baby a steak and veg dinner willy wonker style.

Her body would need to USE the nutrition, so if her body used the nutrition, there wouldn't be enough to carry through into her milk. Plus without water, she would become dehydrated and her body would stop producing milk.

I might try this too. Then our super-powered children can take over the world!

Would work better if you drank the milk plus food....so you don't die before the 2nd baby arrives but you still produce the super milk.

I'd have no hope of doing that due to chronic low iron, I think I'd end up like a newborn, sleeping all day and crying all night.

Maybe raw food + super foods. Quinoa, gogi berries, broccoli (raw, of course), blueberries, lentils etc. plus the breastmilk which is also a super food. Surely that would produce 'super milk'

Nope, coz she would need a source of nutrition still.
