Chopped prunes. So good for you and so sweet. No need for sugar or honey. Also add some pepitas to the oats whilst cooking. They fatten up and are delish.

I add some chopped raw almonds, sultanas and nutmeg.
Or, chopped dried apricots and chopped raw almonds and nutmeg.
Or, chopped dates, linseeds and craisins
Or honey and nutmeg.
I have a bit of of a thing for nutmeg.

I do a super-porridge, multigrain oats, LSA, chia seeds, mixed nuts and/or seeds (walnuts are espcially yummy in porridge), cinnamon and mixed berries.
You could do a bircher muesli type thing with mixed berries and yoghurt.

I love mine with nutmeg, cinnamon and a little bit of ginger! Then when it's ready, I add honey. Its so good - I look forward to it everyday and it also helps boost supply!
