    DS is 22 months and sleeps 11 hours overnight (7pm to 6am), and 1.5 to 2&1/4 hours during the day usually goes down 11.30-12.00ish.

    Thanks everyone. She normally wakes up at about 7.30/8 and then goes down between 11/11.30am for her nap! So she's not going down too late! Hmmm. Don't know. I let her sleep for 3 hrs today coz I knew we were going out. She lasted until 9pm. Wish I could let her sleep for 3 hours every day hehe. Could get so much done!!

    Ds rise at 6 am today, had 1 hour nap at 1pm til 2 pm and he was up til 11 pm lol
