Hi! I get quite alot of cramping but I wouldn't say severe! Do you have an out of hours contact number for your clinic hun? Look after yourself x

I didn't have anything severe. A few light cramps is all. If you have no emergency number and they are bad, call your local ED.

As random as it sounds try http://www.pregnancysupport.com.au/index.php?page=home. They say they help with conception as well so they should be able to help with these types of questions or tell you what to do. I've never had severe cramping but some milder cramping and it tends to get worse the longer into a cycle I am. Hope you find some answers and get some relief soon.

    Glad you're okay today, Squeak4123.

The nurses at my clinic have been at me to drink heaps of water, they remind me with every chat we have. Don't know if this will help you.

Oh ok. Did they give a reason as to why and how much water?

No reason. Possibly because of bloating and just not wanting me to get dehydrated because of the hormones and the risk of thromboembolic events, I guess.

I'm going in on Monday for embie transfer. If I find out more, will let you know.
