We are stuck on boys middle names that will go with William, if we have a boy William is set in stone wether DP likes it or not lol it is my dads name that passed away in 2011. I like William Seth but DP doesn't . Can anyone think of any names that go with William?

Why not ask your DH to come up with a middle name to go with William?
Maybe his first or middle name to hand down or a family name from his side?
What's his dads name? You could honor both grandfathers with using their names?
I agree with your DH I don't like William Seth!!
William James is a cute suggestion!

That's what we did. My DS name is William after his dad's grandfather and my DP middle name.
My dad is from Finland and when I was 19 weeks pregnant with DS my stepmum passed away so as a tribute and brighten my dad up we decided to use 'Kalevi' (Ka-lee-vee) as our sons middle name because that is my dads middle name and my dads dads first name :-)
So in 2009 our son was named 'William Kalevi'
His name was a tribute to my DP side of the family and his middle name was a tribute to mine.
Not bad compromise if I do say so myself lol
Tradition is always lovely to explain to others that ask the question.
Why did you choose that name? Or What made you decide to call him that?
Good luck :-) x
