My partner and I have just decided to start trying for a baby this month. My last period was on the 21st March (28 day cycle) which means I should have only been ovulating on the 4th April. We have been DTD quite often throughout the month, not just when I thought I was ovulating. Anyway just for fun I decided to just do a pregnancy test last night, I have been feeling queasy and dizzy in the morning and very tired of late. There is a faint second line (I attached a photo of test) My period isn't due until around the 18th and there is not much chance I would have been pregnant from the month before as my partner was away for most the month. Is it possible to show on a test this early and that I ovulated earlier than expected? Could it be twins or just a false positive? I am going to leave it another week before doing another test but would love your opinions. Thanks![]()

I'd do another test with a different brand. But I've been told false positives are very rare. So congrats is probably in order!!!

Unless u have left it for hours since testing(and that's usually a grey evap line anyway) that's defiantly a second line.... Ur body does not produce the hormones that reacts with these test unless u are..... I would say congrats :-)

Lol the shock can be a huge suprise esp when u are not fully expecting a second line ... Mine was lighter and i started to shake....dp came in and all i could get out my mouth was um um um um lol maybe you ovulated earlier? Maybe a lily sneaky one got in last month and your body still had a bleed..... I bleed up till 15-20 weeks with both mine ....ontime so called periods... :-) but as its been said take another one in a few days time or tomorrow morning if u can't wait.... First pee of the morning... :-) try not to freak to much the ones least expecting always fall pregnant first month.
