I won't be re-washing them. They came fresh off the line before I put them into space bags.

I have limited cupboard space - up to what size would you keep in the cupboard for "use" for when expecting newborn??

Well I didn't! Didn't have time anyway as bub came earlier than expected, but it didn't bother me or bub. Yeah, there was a packed away smell, but after one wear the clothes get washed and hey presto no more smell.

It has not been an issue at all and bub wasn't noticeably smelly.

I packed hospital bag just a couple if hours ago! After much deliberation, I decided on 3x wkndersuits, 3x singlets, 1x good outfit, 3x socks and 3 x mittens. I also thoroughly explained to Dh where the 0000 and 000 clothes were in case of a lengthy stay or larger than expected bub. Oh, and 1x muslin wrap and 1x stretchie wrap and 1 warm blanket. Also interested what others suggest to pack.
