Two words, PORTION CONTROL!! Im not on a diet, i just dont eat as much as i used to!!!
Im a chef...and you know us chefs LOVE our food and LOTS of it!!! I LOVE cooking with cream, butter, chocolate and cheese...you know ALL THE GOOD STUFF!!! When i first started my weight loss (note i dodnt use the word DIET!!!) i thought, how am i going to do this, Im a chef who bakes and LOVES food. We'll i can safetly say i STILL bake with butter, eggs, cream, sugar, chocolate and full fat EVERYTHING. The difference is, I have ONE slice of vanilla slice instead of THREE!!!! I still eat pasta cabonara with full fat cream and parmesan, i still eat beef pie with butter puff pastry i just use a SMALLER plate when serving myself. I found an entree size plate was great.

I even still eat pizza (im currently working in a pizzaria), i just have a HALF a small pizza and i try not to put meats on it!!! I even had KFC the other day but instead of a tower burger and a snack box, i just had the tower burger!!!

Ok that was more than 2 words . My point is (for me anyway) if i was to cut out certian foods i would just crave them. Id find myself in the pantry at 8pm eating the cooking chocolate No No, the dukkan diet is NOT for me!!
