Well have a big salad, load it up with greens, carrot anything you've got and you might feel better, drink water... Unless ur UTD?! I hate how the kids always determine how much or how little we eat!!! I eat way less carbs than what you have stated but were all different and have different requirements. I eat a plant based diet with nuts and seeds and I survive.... But some days I'm totally ravishing!

Just cut up carrot and celery and added some cherry tomatoes to snack on when the girls go to sleep.
I'm not UTD, that I know of.

    ^me, too!

Sometimes I actually find myself apologising to the baby because I feel so stuffed after eating too much, lol..
But other days I just don't have an appetite. Today is a "hungry day".. I've had a stuffed capsicum for dinner followed by a bowl of corn flakes and I could go for something else, lol..

Oh yum, ham rolls! I'd love a ham and cheese roll right about now! Yuuuummm!
    But... Listeria and deli meats

Have a boiled egg with pepper or a small handful of almonds or a cuppa or a Milo. Always works for me.
