Yes, eucalyptus is amazing for marks on walls, especially things like crayon and greasy marks.
Just do a test patch first, because if the paint is low-quality water-based it will strip the paint.
My fiancé and I use it all the time as we have a cleaning biz, but in houses with el cheapie paint, nothing gets the marks off, and even water will wash the paint off unfortunately
We don't dilute it, but the fumes can be a bit overwhelming, so it wouldn't hurt to dilute it

I use a hairdryer to get stickers off as the paint on our walls was done in one layer and with no undercoat so it has nothing to hold the paint to the wall and any stickers even the 3m ones will rip the paint off. Just let it heat the sticker up and when it's warm then peel it off and it doesn't damage the stickers either.
