    Default Need finger food help

What finger foods do you feed your 1yr old I am quickly running out of ideas! My son will eat almost anything as long as its finger food he loves quiche, pike lets, scones, scrambled eggs, sandwiches and toast, cut up fruit and veggies. I'm looking for some new ideas as I'm getting quite bored making the same thing day in and day out.

Lately if we are having say burritos I get some of the mince, grated carrot, tomato etc and mix an egg through it then cook in egg moulds. Same with fried rice. Heaps less messier!

I also make chicken fingers. I think I put the recipe on here a while ago but it's something like- 500 g chicken mince, grated carrot/apple/zucchini, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic, pepper. Mix together and form sausage shapes ( I do roughly same size as cocktail Frankfurt) then put on oven tray and grill, turning once until cooked.
