    Shameful admission - this is actually a dinner I made and froze for my 13 month old last week ... I wasn't very hungry or energetic tonight so I defrosted it for my dinner too.

    Babyla, you r cooking up a storm! How are u finding it? Fyi-you will get the best results if you dry fry the spices first or at least fry them off a bit with the ingredients before u add liquid and cook thru.
