    en papilotte means wrapped in paper envelope LOL! I don't have a big enough steamer, so I always steam fish in the oven with it wrapped in paper/foil.

    The kale was quite nice, a bit crunchy. I sauted it with butter, garlic and some bacon bits. I have cooked some cavolo nero before in minestrone soup, they taste the same, also a bit similar to chinese vegetable called kai lan.

    The omelette looks appetising.

    My breakfast today---porridge with physillium husk, honey, prunes and blueberries and decaff coffee
