I'm a bit jealous of people having morning tea. Is it normal?? Like even if you are just at home?? Cos I would have a piece of cake or something if I was at something or meeting a friend for coffee. But I just don't think to eat it normally ...
I don't specifically sit down to have morning tea not like I would if I was at work. I just tend to have a snack when I'm hungry. But I don't get as hungry in the morning, by the arvo I'm snacking a lot more...

I usually have something little for morning tea and afternoon tea. I am reminded to do it as that's when DD has a snack and so we have it together. I try to keep it healthy though - like some fruit or rice crackers. It also keeps me going as I get hungry.
