    Yep but only for the attack phase - which last between 3-7 days usually (4 phases in all). Then you start building in veggies/fruit again.

    Dinner for my dad and hubby - I had a sustagen. Shame too, it was a rib eye roast from a 1yr old healer we just had slaughtered. Home grown spuds, pumpkin. Usual veg + cauliflower cheese. Sorry about photo dad wouldnt wait.
