    dried cranberries are yum - whats everyone having for dinner? I think we will have risotto as i have left over roast chicken and half a butternut pumpkin I picked the other day from the garden.

    Risotto sounds yummy! I want to do something using chicken breast & a tin cream of mushroom soup. Thinking either pasta or maybe baked chicken... Open to suggestion !

    I LOVE risotto!! One of my favourite things to make. Its Mince Chow Mein in our house tonight..YUMMY!!

    Mushy risotto, i put chicken in dhs. I luv risotto, my go to 20min meal.
