Well I'm pregnant with no.3 - a little girl! And was interested to hear your labour stories! I just don't know what to expect with this labour, its been a while :/
My first labour with my youngest son (now 7) was a long and painful 33 hour labour, no drugs (i ask myself why?! all the time!) Hours of pushing, and traumatic.
With my second who is now 4, my waters broke around 10pm and my family forced me to go to the hospital even though i wasn't in any tremendous pain, lucky i did as i had no idea what was going to happen! I expected the same long and painful labour like my first, but within ten minutes of getting into the birthing suite i said that i had to go to the toilet, waddled off, felt a pressure, grabbed the medical bin and out came my baby boy, 8 pound 9 ounces! So I'm rather scared that I'm going to have a realllyyy quick labour this time, although its been a while, so i was interested in hearing your stories! Any advice for number 3?

My auntie said her 3rd labour was a total of half an hour from start to finish. Just made it in time to the hospital. Good luck. I'm sure everything will go fine.

My 3rd was born in the back of an ambulance after about 30 mins of labour...
I'd say get to the hospital as soon as you think anything is happening, that's what I'll be doing with #4 :-)

I'm not pregnant but I do wonder what my third will be like (if I have a third), so I find these responses interesting. My first was 6 hours and my second was so quick that he was born in the car

Well, I have been induced for all three of my births.
The first I had my waters broken at 9 in the morning, DD was born at 2.20 the next morning after 3+ hrs of pushing.
My 2nd I had my waters broken in the morning and DD2 was born at 4.30 after just 10 mins of pushing.
My 3rd I had my waters broken in the morning, DS was born at 5.20pm, 1hr and 20 mins of pushing.
My midwife with #3 said third babies can be quite unpredictable.
