I always go with the theory of "Nil by Vagina" for 6 weeks. Give your body a chance to heal and keep out any foreign bacteria. But that's just me

This probably doesn't matter for c-sections but I know someone who had a vaginal birth and had sex 2 weeks after. She ended up with a prolapsed vagina the doctor said her muscle just weren't ready for the intensity of orgasms. She had surgery and it's fine now, but it has freaked me out enough to convince me to wait.

I would just be worried about is weight being on top of my Cesarean scar/wound. It would cause a fair bit of pressure.
Still, if you're up for it, than go for it. Take it easy and slow. If it hurts, you can stop and finish in other ways. If not, than that's great.
