I think Rocco is really cute for a little boy and would grow well with him.

Not a fan of diesel, it reminds me of buying rip-off jeans in a Thai street market. It's weird what some names/words make you think of!

I wanted tyrannis as my sons name.
    So each to there own.
(I didnt get away with that suggestion though my son has it as his middle name.
Yes thats latin for tyrant.but also a few ancient roman officials used the name.
I think the name can be a real element in personality.
    strong names are important.

I like Rocco but not Diesel (it's my little brothers nickname though but it eventually got shortened to Deez). I have mentioned in other discussions that I work in a hospital and get to see very interesting names. The thought that comes to mind seeing the name Diesel is "were his parents on crack" It's a very 'bogan' name sorry.

I dont really like the names at all..I picture my friends dog when I hear the name diesel (the dogs name) and Rocco I think of Rocco's modern life (cartoon I used to watch as a child).

I think that if you like the names then thats all that matters though..To each their own

The names could work , I am a huge fan of having a couple of names ready.

My names were oscar and Isaac. When we saw him he was such an Isaac not so much an Oscar, even the meaning "he will laugh" works
