    Default Making own juice

My kids are terrible for eating fruit and vegies.
So I thought I would try to make my own juices.
I can make berry and banana smoothies easy.
But does anyone have fruit and Vegie juice recipes?

Also do you need a juicer? I don't have one but have heaps of different mixers and blenders.

    Tips and recipes please

You can blend and push fruit/veg through a muslin wrap but it's extremely messy. You can pick up centrifugal juices for relatively cheap, check gym tree etc...

My kids love apple and carrot, I sneak in some celery leaves as they contain the most vitC

U need to be drink juices straight away, when they split they loose all nutrient benefits. You can hide a few spinach leaves in sweet smoothies, they're called green smoothies

Hey I used to work at a juice bar. One really nice combination is carrot pineapple apple and orange. It's sweet and kids really liked it and adults to
Also another idea for a smoothie if you have a juicer juice some fresh pineapple juice and add some mango (can be fresh or purée is good) and some frozen yoghurt and some crushed ice. It's so good
