    Default Tattoos

I have never gotten a tattoo before but there are a few I like/want to get, but I am really wanting to get my kids' names somewhere, I am wondering if anyone here has their kids' names tattooed and if they can show me what they look like. I need some ideas and where to put them. Also how bad does it hurt? I have a high pain threshold but yeah, never had a tatt.

Thinking about getting it done for my 30th in August.
    Thanks

I have angel wings with the twins names between them between my shoulder blades, the only part that hurt was when the needle went over scar tissue where I had a mole removed the rest was bearable, I don't have any pics but I am a wuss and I was so scared!!! The top of the foot hurts so much!!! Anywhere that has more flesh won't hurt as much as places that don't

    Hi ya!

I don't have any kids so have no names on me but here is my latest I got done 3 weeks ago. It is technically my 4th tattoo and the 3 small stars in the middle were my first when I was 19.
I consider myself to have a very high pain threshold but this one took 3 hours and I was sobbing by the end of it. My others are smaller and didn't take as long, basically after a few minutes your skin goes numb and it's no longer as painful, it's jut a dull scratching feeling. If you get a pin or needle and scratch it on your arm or leg repeatedly for a few mins, his is what a tattoo feels like.
My only advice would be pick something small to start with and have it done on a fleshy part of your body but not somewhere boney like your foot or wrist.
    Good luck 😝

It's entirely ur decision what u get.
And unless u find it and u love it, u will regret it.

    I have four tattoos.
    Inner ankle.
    Back of neck.
    Foot.
& side of rib cage, under arm.

    Ankle and neck didn't hurt.
Foot and ribs made me invent some new curse words.

I have my dd and ds's names on each wrist. Would prefer not to post for privacy reasons though sorry. It was a bit stingy compared to my upper arm tatts as there is mostly just skin and no fat on wrists but it was over pretty quick

I have 7 tattoos and recently got my daughters name on my wrist. Tatts really are addictive!
