Yep, I'd call and say "I had 3 people turn up at my house yesterday, claiming they were DOCS officers, but things don't add up and I'd like to check the legitimacy because I was not provided any documentation or ID when they entered my house and photographed every centimeter within my house"

Well I rang the complaints line the last woman told me to call, and told him everything. He put all my details in the computer and said it's strange, there is no file! WTF
He said I have rights and I don't have to let the man that abused me in, and he is going to the manager of the dept about it - as when I called I told them the peoples names and they said I cant talk to the manager.

I would call the police and tell them. Maybe they can be there tomorrow when they come?

How aweful for you and terrifying for your child.
Doesn't sound like the way docs work to me. Very suspicious. Could you perhaps call the police, explain what happened and the way they treated you. They should be able to give you contacts or at least advise you of your rights.

Also talk to the police none of this adds up maybe they can have someone there, if you are still not sure they are real DOCS workers you have every right to refuse entry and ask them to leave you can inform them they are trespassing and call the police I would have DD home but have someone there to keep her upstairs

I agree, I'd be calling the non-emergency police line and talking to them there, or even visiting your local police station, tell them the whole story and that you aren't sure it's legitimate.
The fact DOCS don't have a file on you is VERY suspicious, as if you were being investigated they would have one.

I would be contacting the police.
CPO's or any Government worker must show you ID, especially before entering your home.

The fact that they didn't have any identification is very suspicious. What information did the card they gave you have on it?
