A couple of schools and childcare centres are still shut today. Our school is open, but the local public school is shut.

Last week when daycare was closed due to the cyclone dh and I took it in shifts, he went to work in the morning I went in the arvo.

If dh needed to work all day I would of stayed home and used my carets leave as dh works on an Abn, it doesn't make sense for him to lose income coming home when I have a leave entitlement.

I have once taken ds to work with me! Thank god my work are flexible and very accommodating!
