I will. I have been meaning to send her a photo, a letter & maybe some chocolates? How do I find out her name? I honestly don't remember

Do you go back to the hospital at all? I'm just wondering if you asked around maybe? Maybe you could make a donation to the NICU and mention her?

Sorry, I'd have more ideas, but there is a fog of pregnancy swimming around my brain! :rolls eyes:

I could email the MW coordinator and see if a basic description would get me a name to forward on a thank you too.

I wonder if she can just look at my records & tell me...? But then that's a PITA trying to find my medical record for non-medical reasons.

    Hi Boobycino
A basic description given to your co-ordinator should give you the name you seek.
I nominated my Midwives (for both births), for Midwife of the Year. They didn't win it, but they received a certificate and a letter to say that they were nominated which they can put in their resume/portfolio.

As a health professional myself, I cannot express how touching it is to receive that sort of formal appreciation
