On my cycles I am always instructed to take half the syringe.
So I just take the air bubble out, use a permanent marker to mark half way, and inject up to the line.

I was also told to take the full dose! They didnt write any dose on the box just a time to take

If it doesn't have a changeable needle though surely you can't re use it?

If you are only on gonal F, then you take the whole dose. It is totally different to your gonal F (which is in IUI units) and you need the whole dose.
