    Default 26weeks 3 days- diarrhea&painful cramps- is this norma?

    I'm 26 weeks and 3 days today, for the last 3 days or so I have had diarrhea and very painful cramps :-( the cramping usually comes and goes - eg- I start getting them and they come every few min for upto an hour then go away for a few hours :-/ the baby still moves constantly. Is this normal or ?
    Please any advice or opinions!

    It sounds a little like Braxton Hicks or labour - you should give your care provider a call straight away - better safe than sorry!! I hope everything is ok...

    diarrhoea will cause you to have contractions due to the stimulation of the bowel. It's most likely nothing, but call your care provider so they can access. It just sounds like you have a gastro bug, or ate something that doesn't agree with you but your health care provider can give you the best advice. In the mean time make sure you're not dehydrated and rest up.
