Default Best car for family of 5 for Sydney area?

Dh and I are planning to buy a honda odyssey? Is this good for family of 5? Are there other alternatives you can suggest? Pls throw in a price too if you know or rough estimate would do.

We have one but it's a 1999. Not sure if the newer ones are better. We have a 7 seater but the middle seat in the middle row is just a lap belt.

It was hard when the kids were younger and I needed a stroller for my twins. At the time I could only find 1 stroller that would fit and to get it in and out of the boot I had to un-clip and re-clip one of the car seats. Not much room in the boot. But without a stroller and without 2 car seats attached (I only have 1 booster attached now for DD2 who is smaller) I find the boot ok. Although a bit more room for when we go away would be nice. But if the middle seat wasn't just a lap belt then there would be heaps of room with the back row folded down.
