    For ages Giggle & Hoot would come on and the kids would be glued to the TV so that was my time to get some much needed housework done so I would only ever see it just passing by the TV. I thought hoot was a girl until hoot-a-belle came along I think they had the right idea but like some of the others said I don't think they got the names right.
