    I like option A, the shoulder details draw your eye up to your lovely collarbone.
    If you feel self conscious i would wear the suck in undies or just go with option B, there is nothing worse then feeling uncomfortable.

    Love the shoulder strap on dress A but the detail on dress B is gorgeous, glam it up with a big necklace.

    No one wants to where suck in undies when drinking champagne.
