I had pretty bad SPD during both pregnancies and as they were back to back pregnancies i never really recovered in between. Now DS is 5 mths old and i am training for a half marathon, however lastnight i went out for a jog, slow enough and only done 5 kms, today i am in excrutiating pain the same as when i was 35 weeks pregnant... Has anyone an advice on what to do to stabalise my pelvis so I can run or when does the SPD get better? Do i need to see a Chiropracter or Physio?
