    We've only got one in cloth now.... so that's only 5 nappies or so at the end of the day.. I just put them through on a short cycle/rinse first and then run them through a full cycle with the rest of the clothes.

    I have to say I have never washed mine with clothes... I didnt know you could! I just do a wash every 2nd or 3rd day with just nappies! Ha! I will keep that in mind... you learn something new everyday! Thanks

    I'm so glad DP is totally on board for cloth when we have kids. I bought it up tentatively one day and he said that he never it never even crossed his mind that we'd use anything else

    WOW! It's so heartening to hear all these anecdotes of your awesome DHs/DPs support in using cloth ^_^ So the cloth diapering man really isn't a myth after all! hehehe...

    Loved reading each story...

    ...I smiled at MummyBic's DP's preference for flats and snappies (my man oddly always reaches for the prefolds too);

    ...Giggled over bininadu's practice sessions with her old doll (I did that too! but with a teddy bear);

    ...And LOL-ed at Meags82's DH's taking a bag full of cloth to the cricket - that is classic AWESOME!
