That's great news lovable congrats!
Have fun tonight stretched lol
I still have the dull ache although it isn't has bad. When I passed the clot sat lunch then the pain stopped sat night I thought I was on the tail end of it. The bleeding even stopped. But last night the pain started again (it's not bad) and so has the bleeding. I just did an IC and the line is still has dark as the control. Apparently you often get higher hcg a few days after bc the cells haven't stopped dividing thus at the drs tomorrow I expect fri's bloods will actually be higher but I won't have tomorrow's bloods, the important ones, until wed.
I'mstressing out big time it hasn't worked. A few women on BH had the shot, it didn't work, had a 2nd then ruptured. I'm so so worried...

Del huge hugs. I pray it has worked for you. Good luck tomorrow, will be thinking of you.
Lovable that is so great!!!! Sounds very promising! Hope it's not too premature, but Congrats! Good luck at the fs
Afm.... A random lady today asked how old ds was, then asked if there was another one coming soon! I told her not sure when, we lost our last pregnancy so will see what happens. She implied I am utd so maybe she is right :O as I said not sure exactly how many dpo I am or even when AF is due. So I will test at the end of the week, or on the weekend if I can hold out that long!

Just checking in now I have had my D&C and we will be back to TTC soon - how depressing. D&C went well. I'm still bleeding 4 days later but expect that will last a while.
I think we are just going to start trying as soon as the bleeding has stopped. I am finding the hormone crash really difficult. Like the worlds worst PMT. plus I have a 12 hour night shift tonight
Will be back for personals later.

Hi Stretched, thankyou for the warm welcome (and have fun tonight!), and hello to everybody else too .
Congratulations Lovable, that's wonderful news!
Delirium, I'm so sorry for your loss and I really hope the shot works for you, that must be a very stressful wait for you.
spideysmummy that's interesting that the lady said that, some people do actually have an innate ability to read situations before you even realise yourself, so fingers crossed she was right!
BlueLips, I'm sorry for your loss, I've never had a D&C but I've heard that the recovery can be really rough. I hope you feel an improvement soon.
As for me, I had my appointment with my wonderful GP today and we discussed a few things that were quite interesting. Firstly, (sorry TMI warning), as I passed two lots of tissue/clots on Saturday, she thinks it may have been twins, which makes me feel even more heartbroken as we've always hoped for twins. And secondly, when we were talking about my history and possible reasons for the losses (I have only been seeing her for the last couple of years), she asked whether I had had any other miscarriages prior to the last two and for some reason it just clicked that I've had similar experiences on a number of occasions over the last 10 or so years, but I didn't realise that they could be classified as miscarriages.
Ie, I've had positive tests, then negative tests and what I thought were 'late' periods but with the clots and tissue loss. She assured me that this was definately not normal and when she asked me how many times this had happened I honestly couldn't recall because there has been so many. After thinking about it at home I'd say at least 5 times, probably even closer to 10. I always assumed they were faulty tests and it was always too early/over too quickly to confirm HCG levels or anything with the doctor and now I just feel like such a fool, how could I not realise that's not normal?
So, with that in mind she's asked me to record a history of approximate dates and details and she is going to refer me to the recurrent miscarriage clinic at the Royal Women's when I have my next appointment with her on Thursday.
I also have to have a scan tomorrow to check there's nothing left inside, the same as last time which is never nice but I guess it's necessary to rule out infection or the possibility of a D&C.
I just feel soooo physically drained and feel like I'm getting a migraine. I have no appetite and have hardly been eating and just feeling off in general.
I'm sorry for blabbing on guys, it's been an intense couple of days!

Hoping soon - this is intense. Huge One of my mothers group friends went through 12 miscarriages that she "noticed" and untold amounts more before that before she was diagnosed properly and went onto hormone and thyroid medication and hey presto! Sienna was borne. Please keep hope and I'm wishing you the best of luck in finding answers and hopefully soon a sticky BFP.
AFM I have finally gotten AF back and if I O on my normal schedule DH will be home to try Looking forward to it! Good luck to all of you (I can't read further back for personals)

Spideysmum I hope that lady was right! I hate that question "when is the next one", it's depressing thinking about angels.
