I bought a nappy bag insert ( about $40 on ebay) so I could still just use all my own fabulous handbags!

around $40 it was on special at target. Ive never spent more than $20 on a handbag! I think that it depends on your financial situation. If you/partner have good jobs or goid savings then might as well splurge a,little

Holy... Wow! I think the one we got for DS was about $30 on sale from $40 at Kmart or something like that!
That being said, I'd probably go up to $100 for a good one. We only used the one we bought for a few months because it was pretty impractical, and because we're pretty active (and I hate bags hanging off a pram because it gets in the way) I'd end up using one of my backpacks .

If I could get one that suited me that was a bit pricier I'd probably go for it, but I really couldn't justify more than $100 on a bag that I wasn't likely to use for more than 12 months as I prefer a backpack.
I'm all about being utilitarian, not looking pretty hahaha.

Someone bought me one for DD1. For DD2 I didn't even really bother with one. I had a huge handbag so just put everything in there and kept a tiny little bag in the bottom of the pram with a blanket/change of clothes from memory.

$20 from the Warehouse. Did us for 12 months then switched to a little backpack. Water bottle in the side pocket, nappies, wipes, change of clothes in the main part, snacks in the front pocket. She used the backpack for daycare until she hit school age. It cost $20 from a bag shop.

    $30 from Target. I can't justify spending $400 on a nappy bag.
How is it different to spending $400 on a handbag? It's something you use everyday that says alot about you stylistically. I don't see the point of having a nice pair of shoes and a lovely pram only to carry an ugly nappy bag.

FREE! that's right! i got it as a gift and paid nothing!
    Small, cute and unique.

U really dont need that much in a nappy bag. I dont understand why ppl spend so much on them. I can fit my purse, keys and phone in mine too.

We actually havent used a nappy bag for a few mths, dd is 13mths and we just chuck stuff in stroller caddy.

I just got a ugly $30 from target last week.

I would love to make a nice pretty unique one but sadly I lack the skills and the patience.
