    Default Pain around umbilical area?

    Hi ladies,

I'm 20+6 and having a lot of tenderness directly under my belly button so around the top of my uterus. I went in to get it checked out today and they think either round ligament or it's from reflux, bub was happy and ultrasound didn't show anything.

Just wondering has anyone else had this and how long did it last?

I do feel like I've grown a lot the last couple of weeks and my tummy is tight so I know it all matches up but I can't help but feel anxious about any pain near my precious baby!

Pregnancy would be soooooo much easier if anxiety didn't visit xxx

Sounds like stretchy pains to me too, yk being a doctor and all

It is amazing how protected our bubs are. Try not to stress.

At 19 weeks I had to have a OP on my belly button area. I had to have a emergency umbilical hernia repair. Which meant I was left with 11cm scar across my belly and brand new belly button. Bubs is fine. You got it checked out and bubs is fine, that is the main thing.

Why did you need it repaired. I have an umbilical hernia...the pregnancy is making it worse...would love to hear more if possible!
