Love peanut butter!! I make these cookies sometimes really easy (not very healthy)

    1 cup crunchy peanut butter
    1/2 cup s/r flour
    1 tsp bi carb soda
    1 cup brown sugar
    1 cup choc chips
    1 lightly beaten egg

Mix then all together then roll into balls and press with fork. Bake 180° for about 10 mins or start going lightly brown ( i like them still soft).

Yum! I eat very little chocolate, but peanut butter & chocolate is one of the few I do like, along with Lindt! My sister and I used to melt down all of our Easter egg chocolate, stir through some crunchy peanut butter and re-mould I can't wait to tell her!

    Ok so it's pretty amazing!
    Very typical Lindt style too!!!
The chocolate is so melt in your mouth smooth and then the peanut butter is just so - like creamy and delicious!
    Yum yum yum!
