I'm due with my for LO on NOvember 5th 2012. I'm in the area to be using Liverpool Hospital but was just wondering what you can and can't do (i.e. heat packs, baths, showers, etc) i really am setting myself up to using heated items to help me through my contractions and birth. Any views on how good the hospital staff, midwifes, ob/gyns are?
