    I had Maddison on my list for a while too!! I like the "dd", especially if she will be Maddy or Maddie for short.

    Prefer Madison, looks neater and less complicated. The extra 'd' is not necessary.

    I actually think the opposite, I think the 1 d version looks like a spelling mistake. If I was asked how to spell it I would spell the name Maddison.

    I like the dd in Maddison. Madison looks wrong IMO. It's all depends on you tho. What you think will suit her best.
