    Default Salad/lunch ideas

Hi all....so I'm after some healthy but also filling salad/lunch ideas please.

I'm sick of eating the same boring food when at home most days and am also trying to lose the last 5kg of baby weight...yep I blame DS, not my addiction to food...!!

Does anyone have some simple/fresh/interesting ideas we can all share together please?! TIA

Quinoa, couscous, brown rice or wild rice.. All nice healthy grains for a salad.
Roast vegetable with feta and oregano, lemon juice and olive oil dressing.
Try adding dried cranberries or goji berries for something different.

It's more filling if you add some protein, so a boiled egg, or sliced up leftover meat, maybe some low fat cheese.
And whole grains, yep. So you don't get to 3.30 and start sniffing around for some bikkies.
    Like I do.
6 kgs to go for me.

I also find if you have a few different options of dressing available it help mixes it up as well so it's not the same old everyday
