    Default Teething gel with anesthetic in it?

    What is the name for the teething gel with abit of anesthetic in it?? I cant remember it . Bonjela is pretty useless since it doesnt have any..

    I believe it's SM33 gel. I haven't used it yet (my DS still only has 2 teeth), as I sent DH to the chemist to get some and he came back with Bonjela as the woman in the chemist wouldn't sell it to him when he told her it was for a teething baby!

    Many other sources (including friends who are in nursing) have told me it's perfectly safe. I will be buying some when I think he needs it again.

    Anything with lignocaine in it. Seda lotion (not gel) is what I have bought because it had the same ingredients as given at royal childrens hospitals.
