Third day and this afternoon is the first time I've felt tired since starting the duromine. Reason today being the girls. Wow, all I can say is demanding and attitudes galores.
I did get to take them on a 3km walk though even with them fighting tooth and nail and wanting in and out of the pram.
Have already drank 2L of water today, only had a few mouthfuls of chicken, rice and veggies so far today. Having a chicken salad for dinner though.
    I know I said I wouldn't weigh myself but it couldn't be helped. 83.2kg, 1.9kg in 2 days!
Doing boxing training with DF once he is home from work and the ferals are in bed.

    SW 85.1kg (12/3/12)
    CW 83.2
    MGW 70kg
    GW 55-60kg
    WLTD 1.9kg

Thank you, and good luck to you as well!
Just remember I am on Duromine as well but my partner has now lost 6 kilos in a week and a half using it and doing his boxing training. He is only 4 kilos overweight but wants to drop weight divisions for boxing, he's certainly doing that

DF took the scales before going to work today and I have asked that he give them back on Monday which will be one week since starting.
I snuck in a weigh in though while going to the loo
82.7kg the morning of day 4!
BMI has now gone down from 31.3 to 30.4.

I'm off for a run and some serious training over the next few days to maximise my results, will check in then

    SW 85.1kg (12/3/12)
    CW 82.7kg
    MGW 70kg
    GW 55-60kg
    WLTD 2.4kg
